Logistics Information

Orders will be shipped using the method you selected after the product has been completed.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a notification email containing package details and tracking information. At this stage, please ensure that the contact details and address you provided are accurate, as packages cannot be modified once they are shipped.

Delivery and Signature Requirementss

Most orders require a signature upon delivery.
If no one is available to sign for the package, the courier will leave a notice explaining how to reschedule delivery or pick up the package yourself.

If your order is marked as "undeliverable," we will contact you via email. It is your responsibility to contact the courier to arrange redelivery or pick up the package.

For international shipments, packages are typically held for up to two weeks before being returned to the sender. Please ensure you reschedule delivery or collect your package promptly to avoid return shipping fees.

Responsibility

Once your order is handed over to the courier, the responsibility for the package lies with you. In the event of any damage during transit, compensation will only be provided to customers who have purchased shipping insurance.

Please make sure to closely monitor your tracking information and respond promptly to any delivery notifications.

Suoture is not responsible for delays, unclaimed packages, or failed deliveries caused by incomplete addresses or unattended deliveries.
