Return Requests
If there are any issues with the item you just purchased, please notify us of your return request within 48 hours of order confirmation by emailing us at service@suoture.com. Orders canceled within 2 days of purchase are eligible for a full refund, which will be returned to your original payment method.
If you are unsatisfied with your item upon receipt, the returned product must be in its original condition as received, unworn or unused, with tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please contact us at service@suoture.com. If your return request is approved, we will inform you of the return instructions and the address to which you should send the package. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs. Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
Please note that your bank or credit card company may require additional time to process and post the refund to your account. If you have not received your refund within 15 business days after approval, please contact us at service@suoture.com.
